Been leaving my D90 home and using my Nikon V1 to get a feel for it. So far there very little I don't like about it other than there no ISO control unless you go back into the menu and change it which this and the other little odds and ends can be fix with a firmware update. Hope Nikon will work on this and not forget the V1 since the V2 will be coming out soon.

Here a shot of my Grandaughter at her school beauty pageant which I'm pround to say she got 2nd place in her age group. I got there a bit late and was not really where I wanted to be for photos. Feed back always welcome.

What a cutie! Not much you could do to control the situation on this so C&C is a little unfair, I can see why you have used the crop but it doesnt work fro me, id lose the RH and make it square.

Thanks. I never crop the botton only the LH just a bit. If I had been zoom out any further then you would have seen the back of someone head and I had to crop there as well

Yep if we are keeping the rule of thirds in mind that works for me also
