    The Many Poses of Snowy...

My wife and I were potographing birds this morning at our favorite marsh. I came across this Snowy Egret that was tame to my being there. It kept striking poses so I kept clicking the shutter. C&C welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Nice Joe, the pose in #2 is my favorite. #1 could use just a little more space infront of his out stretched head I think.

A Big Ham for the camera! Very nice captures! I'll go with #2 also it's like he is waving hello.

    I slightly prefer number 3.
They are all very nice indeed. Razor sharp with great feather detail (#1 being imperceptibly softer than the rest - perhaps he was moving more)

And you captured many great shots! I love them all. Numbers 2 & 3 made me think of The Karate Kid movie and made me smile. But if I was going to frame one, I think it would be #4 or #6.

Thanks Paul, I appreciate your comments and suggestions. Cropping is easily changed in Lightroom.

Hello Steven, thank you for viewing and commenting. The bird was moving preening and grooming.

Thanks Terri, I have many more. I must have shot fifty frames of this bird, the lighting was a bright overcast without harse shadows. So the white color was easy to control the exposure. I like numbers 2 & 3 also.

    Wonderful stuff Joe.

I love #2 even though he looks scarily like a politician I know.

Thanks Sharon, much appreciated. You have me laughing trying to visualize a politician looking like a Snowy Egret scratching. Maybe the wild eyes.....
