Upper Antelope Canyon near Page, Arizona
This photo is looking at the entrance to Upper Antelope Canyon. Luckily, no people were coming through when we got to this point. About 2 minutes later it was packed with tourist. Comments appreciated.

Perfect Don, I envy you being at such an amazing scene. You have doe it justice. There are some serious folds in this sandstone and the colours are so rich. Well done.

You have made an excellent job of that. Captured and presented the tones and the textures wonderfully.

Hi Don,
You know the saying "there's always one"?
Well I'm that person
One advantage to having a person in shot would be a sense of scale, as it is, I cannot appreciate how big or small this view is (beyond remembering shots by others I have seen in past)
I do agree a swarm of tourists wouldn't help though
Although my use of the word 'swarm' may be inappropriate, to me it implies rapid movement and usually tourist stragglers seem to hang around unduly long while you're waiting

Re: Upper Antelope Canyon near Page, Arizona
When I view the image in the large size, I see the texture in the sandy ground and that provides all the sense of scale that I need. In fact, if the intention of this image is to be an abstract, it fails for me due to the provided scale. Including a person in the image could have provided a different kind of drama (not necessarily a better kind of drama), but this image stands on its own in all respects just fine for me.
