    Paria Bluffs, Utah

Sunset really brought out the colors in the area called the Toadstools at Paria Bluff, Utah. Comments appreciated.

Don, spectacular image. I like everything about this image, especially the lighting and shadows and how they interact with one another. I would really have liked being there to see this.

This is a neat image... I'd love to see more. Utah is one of my favorite states to photograph. It has some spectacular scenery!

I wonder why it's called the 'Toadstools'!?

The colour, but also the texture. Very much the time of day to be there.

Far more interesting than the typical mid-day image.

Nice photo. I visited Utah once to float Flaming Gorge -- the scenery was so great I could hardly fish. I just loved how other worldy many of the landscapes looked. Look forward to other picture you might post from Utah.

    Gorgeous colors and post-processing.

Consider getting rid of the one cloud pattern that is vertical rather than diagonal because it's the only one that is that way.

For a more controversial suggestion, I would prefer a crop on the right side so that only a tiny bit of grass remains. Doing so creates a fabulous leading line in the foreground path on a diagonal to the main hoodoo.

Thanks, Mike for the suggestions. I see what you mean and will work on this photo later. Thanks again.
