    My thoughts, exactly.

    One little point that I'm a little unsure about is the top right corner of #2.

    For me, that small amount of branches tends to unbalance the scene. I think I would like to see a little more or a little less, ie clone them out.

    Possibly a mixture of crop and clone. I think you could afford to lose a little from the right side and the same amount from the top.
