Bad weather

This photo is the result of the bad weather we have been having here I have not been able to get out with my camera and have started taken photos of the wife's flowers. The effect is not photoshoped it was produced by zooming out while using a slow shutter speed.



One thing that I have noticed is that when a photo is taken in this manner the exif data shows only the starting focal length.

Boredom ? Who needs it!

Interesting - I shall have to try that. I think it might have been better had you removed the support stick and tie.

If I had removed the support or tie and had damaged the orchid I would have to wear a pullover and jacket at home as it would get quite frosty in here.
As I'm not the gardener the rule is look but do not touch.

OH and I liek the picture,,,would have like to see maybe a little more detail in it,,,,

It reminds me of pictures from space of exploding super novas and stuff with explosions following certain planes and angles.....
