Praha. First pics with tripod.
at least the first pics I took on a trip carrying my tripod.
Taken from Karluv Most at dusk.
C&C as always will be appreciated. I wish to improve my technique with the tripod.

Re: Praha. First pics with tripod.
A surprising amount of fine detail remains in these slow shutter speed night scenes. Works very well for me.

I like the second one most but both are fine to me.

Re: Praha. First pics with tripod.
Very nice images! I prefer the first one because I always prefer blue skies compared to black skies.
In the second one, I wonder if you have an image that crops the sky considerably and shows more of the reflections in the water. When the water reflects the black sky, it's not nearly so bothersome to me as showing the sky itself. By the way, not that I don't have my own pictures of black skies.
EDIT: I just noticed something pink in the left edge of the sky half way up in the first one. It almost looks like flare. Perhaps a post-processing mistake. Try to get rid of it.

Re: Praha. First pics with tripod.
Hello Mike
Thanks for the heads up about the flare spot. I did a quick edit on it. I think it is less visible now.
Regarding your question about a version with more water and less black sky, I don't have one. The reflections end at that point since there is a difference in the water level. There is a small waterfall that cuts the reflections, but since it was dark it is not visible. I tried to get the more light in the image as possible.
