Phil, can't see why you have made these in B+W? For me anyway most sports events are partly about the colour in them. Most sports events are full of a variety of different colours which is what gives them impact. But, you certainly have covered the full range of shots well. You must have had access to all areas? But my overall impression is that they are missing the extra impact that colour would give?

I perfectly understand you, Gary. I have colour versions of all the shots. However the shots with sky, far backgrounds etc are hit by the usual Dubai theme - poor clarity and general beigeness from the sandy atmosphere. Add in high winds kicking up the dust and the colour shots aren't as punchy as a complete set.

Phil, I didn't appreciate the environmental issues with Dubai. But, the colour gives them that extra 'zing' and for me anyway brings them to life. A great set of images!
