    Rain Drops

    Hi,

I took the chance in a lull between showers to have a poke around my front garden and managed to get some photos of the drops on the leaves. This one is my favourite. Any C&C welcome as I am still working on my techniques with Macro and the use of the flash.

    Cheers

Nice. The basic ingredients to make the shot work is here. My only nit is your framing and composition. Nice work, J.

I LOVE the reflections in the raindrops! The greenin the bottom drop really stands out because of the red leaf. Very cool! I can see where a tigher crop would be better. The green in the background isn't necessary, and I have a preference for tight crops.

    Hi Willie and Gretchen,

Thank you for your comments and feedback. I have included a 1:1 crop of the photo.

    Cheers

Oh Jason! The crop is just wonderful! I love that you can see the refection of what looks like a tree in the top raindrop. There is always more and more to see isn't there?
