Just a very simple shot with only one subject item of focus. So, nothing really special. But thanks for viewing and for any feed back you may care to post.
Taken with 500mm Sigma lens, hand held D7( with very old shaky arms) , f /6.3, T 1/500s., ISO 500.
I need your help and advice if I am to keep moving up the learning/improvement curve..... which just seems to be getting steeper all the time. So I appreciate all the help you can give me.

Quite a feat handheld. Pretty sharp too. Well done.
Maybe try with a tripod, f8, 1/125 for starters adjusting for light/dark, ISO 100-200.
