I could (and have) spend days walking around London, there are so many photograph opportunities.
I particularly like the ‘sketch artist at Borough Market’; I too spent a few hours there last year and managed to get some great shots: well I think I did.

Thanks Brian. I think 2 and 4 are my favourites. The mask/trike man is wonderfully disturbing and the sketch artists has an interesting look of concentration on his face.

All great pictures Dan. The first one speaks volume on our society. I was touched by the song, Ralph McTell is new to me and the rendition you chose goes well with the subject.

It's a song I remember well from my childhood. My father's side of the family are quite musical and family parties would often result in someone pulling out a guitar. The Streets of London was a favourite.

Great set of shots; I grew up in London and the South Ken picture made me quite homesick; I went to school a stone's throw from there! I like #2; I'm guessing that may be on the South bank - a great place for street scenes!

Yep, it was just next to Hungerford Bridge - always lots of interesting stuff going on there.

Thanks, I used LRs adjustment brush to selectively increase the expose on the bark as it looked really interesting but was a fraction too dark compared to the rest of the image.

I just thought if it, it reminds me of the bark of a gum tree. I think it's perfect.

I didn't notice at first as it was fairly dark compared to the brighter sunny areas. When I looked a little closer I noticed the nice patterns on the bark so I went ahead and increased the exposure slightly to bring out the detail.

I love London! I want to move there and do street photography and some studio photography!

The second in your set is awesome! I'm not sure what the story is, but I'd love to investigate it

Sadly my London trip is almost over but my G/F and I are heading off to Namibia, so hopefully some cool photo ops there before I return home.

I think the reflection of St Paul's is a fun twist to a "standard" photo.

Last time I went to London, I spent 5 days without doing more than 3 snapshots of my mates, but we were mostly inside Earl's Court for a roller derby bootcamp
