Paul those are wounderfull images because: a)the distance, b)how did you find them,c)the timing and d) because they are my favorite ducks! The babies get a plumage that resemble jammies and I also like the sound this specie makes.

Thank you Bobo, Mark and Steve. They have been fun and interesting to watch over the past month. I will get some shots maybe tomorrow but I am affraid that may be my last chance as they will leave the nest middle of next week and once that happens they will become very shy and secretive if they wish to avoid the eagles.
Who knows one may come in hunting now and again.
