    Hustle on the wifes flower

This caught my eye after the wife finished watering this morning:

    Hustle on the wifes flower

Little fun to bring in that wonderful blue...

Second comp, did a little make shift lighting, and got my son involved he held a reflective sheet of metal to light up the subject and help the shadows fall on the post in the background.

    and a warming BW:

Crushed the blues and reds to get that darker flower, came back in with a bright/contrast layer to lighten things up a bit.

    Shot with GF2 w/25MM ISO 100, f2, 1/640

    Thanks

On the last one, I didn't think the leaves would work in B & W against the wall as a background. But they do wonderfully well. You've really lifted them up and made them pop in that one.

The water droplets on the first one , really make it.
