10.000m high commercial jet...(Jet contrails)
I was walking on the beach and decided to give a try on a commercial jet that was passing...sky was blue, with good light, allowing me to set shutter speed @ 1/800, ISO 125, F/5,6. Focal length of 840 (35mm). Although sharpness/details are not great and got some chromatic aberrations, I decided to share it...Maybe you like it...

I do like it, Octavio. Actually the softness you mentioned gives the entire image a mystical quality that begs attention. If I'm editing this for the ideologues in my camera club, I would be trying to decide between cutting out some of the contrails to give more space for the plane to fly into, or leaving more contrails there for their effect. You made the right choice, IMO. Nice!

Congratulations. The plane was above 10,000 meters (32,800 feet) and faster than 900 km/h (486 knots or 560 miles/h) and you got a magnificent picture of him. This is the kind of picture that hardly anyone will make with a DSLR camera, unless they have a telephoto lens with focal length greater than 500 mm.
Antonio.

There is a lot of noise in the blue sky. That often happens because of the moisture in the air. I would try to reduce the noise with software and then re-sharpen. Doing that may or may not improve the image; you would have to look at the before and after to compare. Just a thought.
