    Crocus Hill, July

This probably my least favorite time of year to visit my little prairie; Temp approaching 100 degrees, dewpoints in the 70's to 80's, mosquitoes swarming. The prairie continues to thrive while lawns turn brown. The only way I could stand going out was early morning.....................at least the light was less harsh.

Thanx, Terri. The black background was a line of trees that I raised blacks on in lightroom. Kinda surprised it worked so well.
