    Help needed with Photoshop Elements

    Please help!

Photoshop has a history brush where one can restore the orginal colour to a certain section of a photograph after changing it to black & white.

How can this be done in Photoshop Elements?

    Hi Buster,
I have PSE 10 don't know if this is the same with earlier versions.
PSE does it the other way by removing colour as you paint with the brush.
1: Open your photo in Elements and create a new layer via copy by pressing Ctrl J or Command J
2:Press B to get the brush tool, pick medium soft brush and in the option bar at the top where it says mode, pick colour.
3: Press D to set foreground to black and then as you paint on the photo it removes the colour.
4: If you mess up press E to select the eraser tool to fix your mistakes.
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers Greg
