A Day in the Rainforest

These shots were taken today in the rainforest at Mt Tamborine which is south of Brisbane and west of the Gold Coast. The falls are the Curtis falls - not sure which of the two shots works the best (if any !). The third shot is of the stream below the falls. I liked the light in this one.

Did something similar a few days ago, can be quite a challenge finding a suitable/reasonable point of view.

Nice work all round, Dave.

I particularly like this because it's just so interesting as well as being, in my view, technically well done.

The river gives us a super leading line through to the back. The transition from shadow area to sunlight takes us through the image and there is so much to look at and explore. Lovely.
