Joshua and Michael Dunlop of Expert Photography. The total list of the top 20 is in the link below. And as you stated "NOT being the taste of a lot of people" is reflected in some of the comments from other visitors to the website.

That's pretty good, some really impressive talent there. Thanks for sharing the link. I have to say, boy, do I ever feel bad for Josh. Responding to people like that can be a tedious job. Seems like picking the 'best' photographer is akin to picking the 'best' photograph!!
