    My Liverpool experience 1/2

Well, basically in these photos I didn't go for anything, just to get some memories from my trip to UK.
Spare time between interviews to colleges at St. Helens and Stockport(btw I got accepted to both.. yay!).
So I was just guided by my intuition and well here is the result.
(Portrait folder of this trip will be in another section if you will be interested of course)
My Liverpool experience 2/2 people, street, portraits

    UK is awesome.

I like the last one for setting, exposure and color, but it seems to need a significant clockwise rotation.

Lukas - Congratulations. Have you decided which offer you are going to accept? What are you going to be studying?

Secondly, that's a very good set of images that paint a good documentary picture of that part of the UK. Congratulations for that also.

I think that is an optical effect. The verticals seem fine to me but maybe the far horizontal lines are a fraction off. But not a lot.

    #5 is a classic shot.

    Thanks Donald,
I really like documentary photo but its really difficult.

Well sorry for not specifying. BA Hons Photography it is. Well I didn't because I got 2 more schools (Middlesex University ,University of Portsmouth) which interview or some decision is just around the corner. But from what I've seen in Stockport - its all about getting really deep into photography, in theory and all other aspects, self-motivated program. And in St. Helens I seem it very different approach a lot less of writing, and it seem it is more easygoing with a brand new facilities.
I know it really depends on how I'm going to spend time in school. Im open to any advices

I don't know, but is this sarcasm?
Anyway, absolutely not... I need to learn a lot and study more another photographers and theory. Get deeper.

Nice pictures and nice memories are coming up. I was a ships engineer on tankers in my early days and have been several times in Liverpool. In the early 1960 Liverpool was dark and the walls of buildings were more black because of the coal. I heard later the city has been cleaned up. Have you driven a car under the river the mersey? Driving from south to north in the middle under the river that road split in two directions with traffic lights. Never seen that before.

Thats amazing! It would be great to see pictures from 1960.
Well I didn't drove a car because was there for 5 days. I would have to get used to the reversed sides on the road.
    Thanks for sharing story

I wasn't being sarcastic; they are really good Lukas.

My memories of Liverpool are different, from a truck drivers perspective; from being deserted on a weekday at 0830 to being parked and having my wheels vandalised by a graphiti artist.

It is definitely different, but I suppose everywhere has its quirks.

Thank you, its because I see so many good photographs and so many things to improve and I'm sorry for my harsh reaction.
Well I'm sorry to hear that.. I hope at least it looked good like if it was like a gorgeous picture or some good pin-up send a picture.
    Well I suppose you're right.
