    Macro - Snake Skin

I took this picture of a discarded snake skin which my wife found on the roof of the house when she was watching the Carpet Python eat a possum. I would love some feedback as I have learn a lot from members in my quest to learn macro, but have much more to learn. Taken at 100 ISO, 2.5 seconds and F:32, with tripod and using the flash hand held and with remote trigger.Macro - Snake Skin

Wayne for me that is a hanger, not a lot of feedback there, but a hanger none the less to me.

    Cheers:

Would never have guessed what it was if you had not said so. Cool to have something so different to shoot.

Pity you did not take shots of the earlier python action or did you ?

Wayne, I have seen a lot of snake skins, but I never thought of taking a shot like this. I like it. Like Allen said, it is a hanger. Thank you.

No Bobo, I was at work. It would have been a gift because snakes cant bite when they are eating so could have lied down right in front of it. The carpet pythons are a beautiful snake too so lets hope we see it on the weekend sometime.
