    Lucky shot?

Lucky shot with the melting ice floats appearing like snow on the pine and cherry blossoms on the willow.

PP adequate to show this off or more/less needs to be done?

    Would reversed orientation work better?

    Thanks.

Neat effect Bobo. Can you get them to appear a hair whiter/brighter. They did line up quite well!

Thanks. Problem there with the suggestion - don't know how to do that without blowing something.

Maybe a reverse orientation makes it easier?

How about cloning all the other bits in the water that looks like the sky, out.

I agree with Kathy. The reverse now makes it look painterly. Nice capture!

Thanks Steve, would'nt that make it too un-natural and faked ?

Thats made them a little more visible, good work Bobo. I kinda like it flipped as well. I shoot a few of these reflection shots and I like to crop and flip them so that the viewer is unsure of what is going on but knows something is.

I love to see great reflections, this works very well, especially with it reversed. Lots of fun to view this, thanks!

    Thanks Paul, Pierre.

    Both together as ordered.

You will note a slight difference in the reversed one - removed the stick and its shadow.

These are 2 separate pics. Decided to leave out the usual empty line between pics for impact.

    Bobo,
Definitely a fan of the reversed image, very abstract and it makes the viewer question what he is seeing. However...your last image of the reflection as a reflection is striking. If you can do the image as a black light poster you have a winner! ;-)

Very nice Bobo, the blacklight poster is one that the white parts would glow when a blacklight is used to light it.

That would need a print no?

    Re: Lucky shot?

Yes and some special material applied that glows. Think phsycadelic posters from the 60s-70s.
