In search of the algorithm or formula used in the shutter speed calculator

    Hi,
Since some time I visit this marvelous site. very nice tutors.
So, I read the tutorial about freezing a droplet and there I see a shutter-speed-calculator.
Can some-one help me in the used formula for that enigne ? Why, I would make it in an excell-doc because I do not always have internet at my disposals when I try things out and I would like to understand the fysics and the math on that calculator.

meanwhile, I have some pdf concerning macro-micro on my site (I wrote them for two workshops). If interest for it, thery may be put here ...

On my site, add-ons - docs. There you'll see the available list.

Go to the page in question and use your Browser to view the page HTML source.

Scroll down until you find the following Javascript:

    Code:
    <script>function shuttercalc(shutterform) . . . etc etc etc etc</script>
the algorithm is in the script but there's not much commenting

Moderator: please don't ban me for viewing CiC's HTML source!
