Uninstall instructions for PSE-10 state, "Uninstalling Adobe Premiere Elements or Adobe Photoshop removes the application from your computer. If you installed Adobe Premiere Elements or Photoshop Elements content, it's necessary to uninstall it separately. Adobe recommends that you uninstall content before you uninstall the application."
When I used Photoshop CS3 and wanted to uninstall so I could reinstall on another computer, I had to insert the disk in the computer first. The uninstall instructions do not mention this...
