A Canon Over Canberra
Hi again,
This is a shot taken from Mt Pleasant in Canberra, it is a memorial that is above our Defence Officer training school and Academy. I have had another go with the Nik HDR plugin, I thought this photo was better suited as it provides more areas that show detail that can be highlighted. All feedback greatly appreciated.
Cheers

When we were stationed in Canberra, I used to go up to Mt Pleasant, its a beautiful spot. I like that you can see Telstra Tower and Lake Burley Griffin too
Great photo.

Looks great to me Jason. It has that HDR look to it, but not overdone and suits the subject well as do the steely grey skies

Jason,
I hope you continue to develop your HDR skills. I experiment with it some as well, but havent posted any yet. I'm watching your efforts over your shoulder. In this image, I think you have combined 2 things HDR is really good at enhancing: clouds, and metal surfaces. Really nice image.
