    Another nice one Steve..

Momma seems to have that "I don't trust you" look on her face..LOL

I got lucky a couple days and saw a couple of deer far off in a field. Since
I was driving I had to find a spot to park the truck, change lenses and then
try and put a stalk on her and the little ones. Turned out to be a doe giving
one of her kids a bath while the other fawn grazed nearby.

The 300mm wasn't quite enough to get a super-sharp image, as they were
still about 150 yds. away. Haven't had time to process the pics yet, but will
    post one up when done

150yards is a long way off. I like to stay inside 50. If you have any golf courses near by, they make great places to shoot wildlife. Especially in the winter , when they arn't being used. The animals are usually a little more tollerant of people as well.

Another nice one! Nice detail. Somewhere I have a bambi shot, will have to look for it....We have a lot of deer in my area, just they are super shy this time of year, hunting season and all, even on the golf courses.....but will have to go out and look...
