Heres another of my daughter doing her own thing. Its great to have the camera handy rather than try and set things up. They rarely perform on command. C&C welcome.

I think kids shots look the best when they're doing something candid. She looks pretty determined to do something! I'm not sure what.
That bench in the background adds some nice lines and a great 3D effect to the overall picture. I'm a bit undecided on the negative space a the top of the photo. I think if I were to leave it in the image I'd crop a bit off the top as it seems a little unbalanced to me. A great shot overall though.

I always have a camera handy. Although my wife is a very tidy person and likes to have everything put away in its place, even she realizes that in order to get spontaneous photos, the camera needs to be out and available.
