Copyright logo
Howdy!
My sister in-law is a graphics design artist and is making me some copy right logos.. My question is do they really need to have a year in the copyright? Is it just as valid to just have my logo with copyright and my name? or does it even have to have the word copyright? Could it just be my logo and name?
Thanks

Re: Copyright logo
Copyright exists whether or not you have any type of logo affixed to your intellectual property. What you produce is protected by copyright. Putting some sort of logo on it - any type of logo - is merely pointing that fact out to people.
