This 2.5 year old cub was just happy to hang out with mother while she looked for fish.
Whenever mom caught one, she shared with her cub.
Oh yeah, did I mention the bugs?

Rob, those would be the air forces of the blood suckers! I think. Bugs mentioned also :-)
Nice picture, I've been taught that mommy bears with their young ones can get pretty protective, but I guess with that lens you're quite far away. Where was this taken?
It's a great capture. The cub seems to really enjoy itself.
