Re: First snowfall -- question with background
Hey Bill,
This may not be the right place to ask this question but you seem pretty knowledgable about all of this so here it goes. I have a photo that I took when I first got my camera and I did not realize that I had the stamp date on so I have what I think is a nice photo with an ugly red date stamp on it. I can not seem to find anything on my trial version of lightroom 3.5 to get rid of it . . . any suggestions??

Re: First snowfall -- question with background
You can't do that in LightRoom. This program is great for what it does and it can do many things better than Photoshop. But, it is not designed to do the type of editing that is left to Photoshop. They work great as a pair.
What you need done is a simple task for Photoshop.
I offer this to you. If you wish, you could e-mail to me the biggest and best file you have of this photo, I'll pull the date stamp out and e-mail the repaired file back.
If you will allow me to do this, my e-mail for you to use is bill2468@charter.net
