Hello Andrew 6146!

I like the light in this photo - it is enough to provide plenty of detail while having interesting shadows.
The expression is ... OK
I like the catch light in the eyes.
I'm not sure why, but the hand appears brighter than the face on my monitor (aka iPod right now).
I generally try to avoid hands pressing on the face in photos, but not always, and it seems to work fine here.

You found me out!! Thanks for the comments Brian - I won't comment on the expression, I'm very limited to subject matter. The light IS brighter on the fingers of the hand, only reason I can think of, is that I had the soft box very close to me, and pointed down at the top of my head. Maybe because my fingers are on plane with the light, they lit up more?? I just looked in the mirror though, and my fingers ARE the same colour as my face!

Hi Andrew,
looks pretty good to me. As I'm sure you already know, a few tweaks in any PP program will overcome the hand issue, if you feel it's needed.
Overall, like Brian I like it. Well done.
