    Soggy and Fed Up

Was looking through some old pics when i came across this one. Love the look on his face. Its a pied butcher bird, one of the many that frequent our garden. We have a large covered area which they often choose to shelter under particularly in the rainy season. This guy obviously was a bit slow and got caught in the downpour. Any other pics of really fed up animals (not pets) out there, soggy or otherwise?

Nothing to add right now, but just want to say WOW these are excellent. I love the eye contact and expression in the second one.

In the second one I can just imagine the bird saying something like "OK you jokers. Which one of you took my deodorant?"

    Beautiful captures.

An expert bird photographer said to me a couple of months ago.

"the bird must be doing something interesting - stance, expression, some sort of action, etc. A bird sitting on a branch is just a bird sitting on a branch!"

This guy was trying to tell me something

    Hey Bobo
I just love that shot, its the closest I have seen a bird come to a two finger salute. And the poor little blighter in the wind looks like he needs a hot mug of coffee and a big hug. This is another one of my favourites. This bird has a real attitude. Its not the best shot I have ever taken but the look on the face does it for me every time I look at this pic.

    Thanks Peter.

"GET OUT OF MY WAY"". "STOP BUGGING ME!" - cool parrot shot.
