Hi, does anyone have a problem with loud sound of shutter/mirror in nikon d700? Is it really so loud compare to other FF camera canon 5d mk ii? What is the best solution for backstage photography? I do not mind sound personally but I have to respect artists and audience. I am aware of body armory...but does it work? Or is 5d mk ii better option?

If its that loud can you lock up the mirror and use the LCD TO focus and compose?
