    Three visitors

Some one left the gate to the netted fruit tree enclosure open. And we had three unexpected visitors enter. And yes, we released them as gently as we could, with minimum stress to them, back to the wild. See, what you do is to arm yourself with a cricket bat.. or a tennis racquet... and then you... Only joking, only joking!! Cheez!!!
We love our wild life and would never even think of doing such a dreadful thing!

For those who would like to know. They were a pair of Eastern Rosellas and a tiny finch like bird, the likes of which I have never seen before and can't identify. But from its small size I reckon it would take a whole heap of them to make a decent sized pie!
CC's invited please. Thank you for viewing.

Now, that's not the sort of thing you'd see flying about in the wild in Glenfarg.

Gorgeous colour rendition on this - rich and vibrant. Good eating?

Thanks for viewing and nice comment Mr D. As for your question? Let's put it this way. Put Bird in a pot with an old army boot. Boil until the boot is soft and tender. Then discard the bird carcass and eat the boot! Bon apetit

Hi Ken, those look like the type that Campbells' Soups use for their 'Cream of Asparakeet' soup! Great catch!
