    Hello and welcome to CiC and thanks for posting up a couple of your images.

    You'll maybe find that if you want comment and criticism, it helps to ask specific questions or to highlight something that you'd like people to comment on; e.g. composition, exposure etc etc.

    The other thing is that you've maybe seen that most of us tend to use our real names on here. It makes communication more friendly and CiC is that sort of site. Did you know you can go to Edit Profile and enter your proper name under 'Real Name'. Then it will appear underneath your Username in all your posts.

    Thanks. My real name is Betsy so I go by Bets. Really trying to focus on my lighting, and exposure.

    Perhaps rethink your final output format as a square image. You have too much non-productive information out to the left side of the frame on the cannon. Also, (and not sure of your Post Production tools), it needed some saturation and sharpening, like this:

    Make your output to be 700 on the longest side. You are losing a bit too much image quality with the smaller file. Really needs more work, this is just to show you a different format.
