Local native birds in our area

So, the story is...Went to visit a friend who is licensed to run a shelter for wild animals. Her latest charge is an injured young barn owl. But the local birds have learned that she puts feed bowls on her back porch. So she has a lot of drop-ins on a regular basis for a free feed. She has a large tree which overhangs her back porch which is a favorite hang out spot for these 'visitors.' Anyway, here are the pics for C&C.
Thanks to those who were kind enough to drop by and view.
    Cheers

That's my pick of this particular set. Is the owl just a bit over-exposed? Whereas, the exposure on this one is just spot-on.

    Hi Donald
Thanks for viewing and your comments. You are probably quite right about the owl. But it was pretty crook and sadly may not make it. A common outcome for my friend's 'patients.' It was just such a handsome bird I tried to get the best shot possible without distressing it. Maybe I should have done the right thing and just walked away.
