My photos look more blury then they really are on my computer......

Once we get you sorted out with posting images, we can all start giving you critiques and comments (C&C) on your photos. Everyone here is extremely helpful and friendly, so we're looking forward to seeing your photos.
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions, or post to that thread and I'm sure the mods will step in to help as well.

What size are your photos, Jaimes?
I usually resize mine to 700 pixels (or slightly less) on the long side and set a Jpeg compression that will produce a file size of under 150 kb.
Are you trying to upload with the Tinypics method or creating an album in the Community Section and linking from there?
Linking from outside sites usually works fine but sometimes you need to make adjustments to your hosting site settings to allow the images to appear here.
But don't worry about having initial problems. Many of us encountered some sort of difficulties at the beginning - and the others are lying.

The thread that Bill gave a link to will provide the answer - have a look at post #6 there for a method to downsize the image before uploading. It looks like after trying with attachments, you moved on to TinyPic for this one. If I were to guess at what might have gone wrong, either; you didn't enlarge the image before right clicking to get the full size url, or you made a mistake downsizing - this is very easy to do if you leave the units in cm or inches - always change to pixels to avoid problems and then, as Geoff said, make it 700px.
