no can..so, Jiro Willie Bautista, here are the before and afters...I want to redo the first one I did with the Velvia action and lower the contrast considerably as I lost a lot of white detail..but a straight shot with a few tweaks, and I think I've got it now, by Jove.
This is right out of ACR
And this is doing the lumin thang...
And here is the last one with the Velvia action applied prior to the Luminosity layer..I think I like it the best, but almost wonder if it isn't "too" bright!
What do you think?

Splendid work on the 3rd iteration, Chris. You forgot one more step to really make it pop... at the last step, introduce a hue/sat adjustment layer and set the saturation between 15 - 20%. That would bring back some lost color sat during the b&w high contrast layer addition. Man, the mini comp will fear you now. Hahaha! Just kidding.
