Spotted this Barred Owl from my porch and grabbed a quick cell-phone shot. It was a little too far away, so I had to crop quite a bit, but I liked the pose and the way it sat against the greenery.

I can see why you took the shot, but the overcropping is causing the image to "break down". This is where image quality goes down due to issues with resolution (measured in line pairs per mm). The small sensor and technical limitations of the lens (plus of course computational photography used by the phone).
