    C&C: Long Exposure Seascape

    Took a train down to Brighton on the Easter weekend and took some pictures of the beach. Plan was to see how the sky transition from golden hour to blue hour. Some pictures:

    All the pictures have a fairly long exposure time to smooth out the sea waves, producing an ethereal and mythical atmosphere to the images. Comments and critique welcome!

    Welcome to CiC. An impressive series but to be fully appreciated need to be seen at the larger size as on your link.

    Nice series, I like the one with the strong Blood Moon. How much PP did you have to do to obtain those results? Very impressive

    That one was taken with 2 exposures, one for the scene and one for the moon, and then they are merged in Photoshop, and further tweaked in Lightroom for contrast, exposures, etc.

    I must have missed these first time around but they really are very good. It's often said that "it's all about the light" and this set supports that arguement very well.
