I don't have the focus area function in PS CC, why?

Focusing point in PS CC is my latest thread about PS CC. And thanks to Mike that he introduced me to the focus area function in PS CC by giving me a link explaining the function. So, today I wanted to study some of my photos by using that function and I have suprisingly seen that I don't have the function in my PS CC although it is updated It is a new function, so do you think Adobe hasn't put the function in use yet although there are news and videos on their page about it and that's why users of PS CC don't have it yet? Or is there something wrong with my PS CC although everthing seems updated ?

Binur - Have you installed and are using Photoshop 2014 as opposed to just the updated version of Photoshop CC that you have been using? Photoshop 2014 is a totally separate program and if you just said update all to Creative Cloud then both versions will be on your system and you need to make sure you are starting the 2014 version. You will need to re-install any plug-ins that you had in your older version into the new version.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you John, you saved my life . After your warning I realised that I have got both of them (PS CC and PS CC 2014)! because Adobe added PS CC 2014 to my subscription already 11 days ago . But I have started PS CC for 11 days from my desktop . After your warning, I opened Adobe Creative Cloud to see what softwares I have and when is the last update . I have seen that PS CC 2014 is just standing there I have started and checked it , 'focus area' function is included in it Thanks again !

Just an aside Binur, it is recommended that you reinstall any plug-ins from the manufacturer's site rather than simply move them from the PSCC folder to the PS2014CC folder.

    Apperantly problems can/will arise otherwise.
