Nice, expecting a shortage around here this year and until the naturalists tell of the pitfalls of insect shortages; I'll enjoy it while I can.
David...excellent shot. What is that on the back of the spider like a little board-marking-pin?
Cheers John,i take it you are not a spider lover then![]()
Thanks Isabel,
That's what i use to pin the bugs down easier to shoot that way
Joking aside its just one of the spiders markings, does look like a board-pin though![]()
Good one David,
I had not noticed the 'pin' until I read Isabel's comment, interesting marking.
You managed a good DoF on this with the angle.
Grahame
Cheers Grahame,
How good would it be if they all sat at the right angle's for us
Cheers David
That 'pin looking detail' is really interesting![]()
A very well executed capture, David!
What are the white things on the leaf, aphids?
Yes Binnur, it's a very strange marking,it is only when we see them up close that we notice these things!
Where in Turkey are you?
Cheers Frank, much appreciated, yes aphids,I never noticed them until I opened the image up for p.p![]()
Nice angle and excellent DOF David. Interesting shot.
I like your pin em down idea, got any pins big enough for birds?
I feel its presence; very well done![]()
So am I the only one to *see* the sleepy, smiley face on the spider's abdomen?
And I suspect it's a female as I see no pedipalps.
Cheers John![]()
Thank you for commenting Otavio, much appreciated![]()
James,how good would that be![]()
