Paint vs Textures

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

I really don't know if this is a good photo or a bad photo. I took it keeping textures with bluish Cyan contrast with yellow text on black bar in my mind. Should i keep it because it is good or just discard it because of bad composition?

I think it's a keeper. Visually interesting and it makes me want to know more about 'carriage W/shop'.
My only thought is maybe clone out that upper RHS rectangle of foliage?
