You have captured the detail in the petals well and it's a nice tulip but I feel the expanse of bright green colour is not complimenting it.

My main problem is with the bottom left corner which needs cleaning up; a bit of clone should easily achieve that.

I wonder about cropping a little tighter to reduce the amount of green in particular. But I suspect that too short a stem won't look correct.
