Georgette is our local pharmacist. Took a bit of persuading to do a shoot, but she turned out to be a natural.

The curve of the hand mirrors the curve of the collarbone beneath it, creating for me an odd visual effect.

Nice shot - well posed and executed.

I agree with Daniel - the flow of the hand and collarbone are a bit odd, but that's quite minor. I find the red areas of the background a bit distracting as well.

Regardless, a well executed image you should be proud of.
