    The Silent Roar

Trying something completely different here. I laid down some fog on the bottom and then went heavy on the smoke to the point where it almost looks like a waterfall.

Terrific effects Manfred. I think I might clean the traces of smoke from in front of the vase if it were mine...

I was actually trying for some smoke in front of the vase to add texture.

I agree with David on this one. Keep the fog on the table and the smoke in the background but the vase itself would be better free of smoke.

Now if I could only figure out how to accomplish that. Smoke does not take directions very well and does what it wants to....

really impressive effect, the dense smoke creates a waterfall-like flow that adds a sense of motion. while the white vase stands out beautifully against the dark background. Great use of contrast, texture, and atmosphere. A creative and well-executed shot.

I was wondering how you set up your lighting. How many lights did you use and position? I do like it very cool sho. t
