A nice image. I'd crop some off the top, probably about the middle of the lowest of the big stones over the lintel. I think with that the eye would be drawn more to the series of doors.

I agree. And the lower darker section stabilises the whole image.
    Nicely done.

The crop might also be done to reduce the foreground and keep the top. Try it both ways and see whether either one improves your already good image.

Tanks to all. Cropping a bit of the top and a bit more at the bottom...magic

Ditto and the image overall seems a bit soft for stonework. Only a very minor crit. but it might sharpen up a bit.

    Re: The door

I also agree with Dan but feel like the image verticals and horizontals are off kilter enough to be disturbing even though to the layman's eye, not terribly noticeable. Just a slight adjustment (I used edit/transform/distort) then a 4:3 crop pulling the right side in a bit more for better symmetry helps direct my eye better...but them that's my eye.

As to John2's suggestion of sharpening up a bit, I don't think I would. It's very old stone and as such, few if any well defined edges where sharpening would enhance. Again, just my opinion.
