F-22 Raptor

I was at an airshow and they had a F-22 Raptor on display - the plane later showed off some of its amazing capabilities. I'll have more images of this amazing plane as I get them processed.

The company I used to work for is part of the programme. I have always thought that unlike many modern military A/C, the Raptor is one of the least elegant but if it does the job................

But F is for birds of war and f is for birds of prey
An ugly warbird as I have yet to see.

A-10 Thunderbolt (aka warthog)! One mean machine. That 30 mm rotary canon can sure spit out the shells (depleted uranium, armor piercing)!

My favourite airplane is Big Fat Albert (Blue Angels transport)...This raptor is beautifully shot here, but really it is an ugly bird...
