    Raj,

    As a first attempt you have done well and as for which crop I will go with No 2 for the positioning of the arch.

    There's a couple of areas that interest me with the light streaks, I wonder what has caused the pattern in the upper left red ones and the mid intermittent ones?

    The intermittent one has brighter spot in the centre so suspect this was a revolving warning light and the brightest part was when it's light was directed at the camera.
