Nice picture Antonio
with a "strange" light... there is some kind of tone mapping?
cheers
Nicola
I like the composition but I feel it has been to over done on the colours (HDR?)
Russ
Thank you for the comments everyone...
I lik ethis photograph because of the colours and it's immediate and quick impact on the eyes of the observer at the first glance.
Perhaps the red at the top right shouldn't be there...
The image show the ambiance of the place, the details of the pavement and the walls aged ...
Nik software was used which is - or at least was not - my usual style. That is if I have one.![]()
It does have that HDR look to it, but I like it. Antonio, I think you might be right about the orangish red color in the top right. It is a bit distracting to me.
Nice shot antonio, i like it. Very vibrant colors. Very busy, but it somehow works quit well. Red/orange at top right def. grabs your attention, but then you go to the orange above the door. Beautiful lighting , and great use of color.
Thank you Rob and Steve![]()
Nice hotel you stayed at, Antonio. But your wife said she would like an upgrade on your next trip...
BTW: very nice image!
I love this image! lots of texture and detail. I think the red in the upper right offers some balance to the madalion over the door.
Nice job.
António,
I like it. But then I would it's my house. lol
Hi,
SPLENDID,don't worry about reds, are good for me of course
Very nice.
This photo - the "Entrance" - made me think if - for a brief couple of days - I am not being taken by the stereotype of the plug-ins available I downloaded recently.
In fact, I recognize I do have been conquered by the colors, facility of controls. Facility of controls ? What am I talking about ?? No controls what so ever. Just choose a set/recipe or what ever you want to call it and there we are: image done.
No, this is not my way. I want to have large control over my images, using sets or not using sets but more on my own. Selfishness perhaps ? I admit.
Moreover this kind of images fall in the style I often see in some places and which I do not want to follow.
You want an example of what I do not wish to follow ?
I have to admit however, that these images have impact and call one's attention.
These assumptions do not mean that - one day in the near or far future - I will not change my mind. Now I am contradicting me: unperfect Human Beings !
