Willie or Jiro is fine by me.

Thanks, Ken. Got to change one of my process variables to include this positive "softening effect". Ain't learning great?

How's this for further cropping, Ken?

    Jiro,

I really have to agree with Steve (Even if he is a northerner!)

I'm getting the feeling that you're "working" your images too much mate. This isn't really a criticism as such, as your tutorials and images are mint mate. But it's knowing when to stop.

The trouble is we're influencing newcomers.

(And they might get better at it!)

    Hi Willie,

It doesn't sound like you need more convincing, but just in case, I'm with Steve and Mark. For me, the difference between your first and second image is particularly noticeable in the quality of your daughter's? hair, which is almost wiry in the first image, more natural looking in the second.

Still, a marvelous image. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Mark. A good critic hits you dead in the head... to help you improve! Thank you very much to all of you guys. I have learned a lot through this collaboration just like I did on my first month in digital photography 6 months back. Thanks a lot.

Thank you very much, Janis. As I have said before - CiC is a very good community to mature and improve yourself as an individual ... and definitely as a photographer. Thanks a lot, guys!
